VERIFICATION

In order to verify your identity electronically, we will ask you for your details (such as your name, email, telephone number) and details of your identification documents.

You authorize directly or through third parties to make any inquiries, it is considered necessary to validate your profile and/or any other information, including financial, you provide to us while the ordering process. Essentially, the procedure involves, inter alia, validating your identity confirming that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

Please note that we use your phone number and/or your email to contact you and to verify your identity. Therefore it is vital to provide us with your accurate and valid phone numbers and email.

You are responsible for informing us about any changes to your e-mail addresses, and/or phone numbers, as well as any changes to your name and/or and/or contact information and/or payment information or other personal information that will impact our ability to verify your identity.

Please note that you are required to pass the additional verification procedure one more time in case you change your phone number and/or email address. You can not make any order unless your new phone number and/or email address was (were) verified.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree that: (1) the information you are providing is your personal information and (2) you have authority to provide it to us, and (3) we may use and disclose your personal information for the purposes of electronic verification as described above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

PROVIDED SERVICES

Subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Level Up Resumes shall provide Resume Writing and other writing services in the career development sphere, as described more fully on the Website ("Services").

Services may include, but not be limited to, providing our Clients with Resume, CVs, Cover Letters, Thank-you letters, Follow-up letters (hereinafter “Documents”), and other types of written assignments in the sphere of career development.

We offer one (1) free revision thereafter, there will be a charge of $25 per revision.  We also allow 3 edits to your resume; additional edits will accrue a $5 fee per edit.

Services may also include editing, proofreading, paraphrasing, or formatting of existing Documents of our Clients.

PLACING AN ORDER

You must give us, including but not limited to, accurate and complete information about your order, email, and/or contact details.

Materials and Information. As part of the ordering process, you may be required to fill in the questionnaire with your personal career and education information.

Level Up Resumes shall only use the materials and/or information you provide to us. All information provided must be accurate and up to date. We shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in the Documents produced where such inaccuracies are a result of the materials and/or information you have provided. You are solely responsible for any possible consequences and misunderstandings, in case you provide us with inaccurate and/or incorrect and/or unfaithful information.

Non-completion of the above-mentioned procedures prescribed on the Website shall not constitute a binding order and we will have no corresponding obligation to deliver the Documents ordered.

Confirmed Requirements. Please be aware that you will be asked to give final confirmation to the instructions you provide in order details. Level Up Resumes guarantees that the delivered Documents will meet only confirmed requirements.

PAYMENT AND FEE POLICY

In consideration of the Services provided, you will pay us all fees due according to the prices and terms listed on this Website.

OUR SERVICES ARE PREPAID. IF WE DID NOT RECEIVE OUR PAYMENT OR PAYMENT METHOD IS DECLINED, YOU FORFEIT OF SERVICES. UPON ANY TERMINATION BY YOU, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY SERVICES NOT YET PERFORMED. 

All fees are exclusive of all taxes and/or levies, and/or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes and/or levies, and/or duties. You agree to pay any such taxes that might be applicable to your use of the Services and payments made by you under these Terms.

If at any time, you contact your bank or credit card company and decline or otherwise reject the charge of any payment, this act will be considered as a breach of your obligation hereunder and your use of the Services will be automatically terminated.

In case of any online fraud on your side, appropriate state authorities will be contacted immediately.

If  You initiate a merchant dispute (chargeback) with your credit/debit card issuing bank, you automatically give up all your rights to the Documents. At the same time, when doing a chargeback, you abandon your rights to the Documents. We may sue for compensation for the incurred expenses from the chargeback.

We reserve the right to change our Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, we may at our sole discretion introduce new Services and modify some or all of the existing Services offered on the Website. In such an event we reserve the right to introduce fees for the new Services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing Services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in [USD]. You shall be solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including those for making payments.

Must show proof of unemployment benefits, COBRA, Food Stamps, or Medi-Cal. This service only applies to entry-level and manager level resumes. The required documents can vary and could include taxes or pay stubs. Individuals with previous titles of director level or above or will be applying to a director level or above will be at an additional charge.

Must have a current Military I.D. or a DD 2-14. This service only applies to entry-level and manager level resumes.  Individuals with previous titles of director level or above or will be applying to a director level or above will be at an additional charge.

COLLEGE STUDENT DISCOUNT 

Must show proof of enrollment or current student I.D. card. This service only applies to entry-level and manager level resumes. Individuals with previous titles of director level or above or will be applying to a director level or above will be at an additional charge. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

We are committed to protecting your confidentiality. The client's records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, and if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail.

This Website and materials incorporated herein, including data files, program files, software, codes, images, texts, and other materials that are made available to download from this Website ("Material") are protected by copyrights, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights ("Copyrights").
